Travel Inn - Mesa

My wife did not feel the room was clean. Also pool was partially under repair. Building materials and misc at enge of parking lot

I was not happy with the breakfast selection

The room was clean and a clean pool. Cleaning staff was friendly and effiecient. For being a travelers / workers weekly hotel it was quiet. The pillows were small,(usual these days) but fluffy..

Hotel grounds are messy and unkept. Looks like a rennovation was started but never finished. Dumpster was overflowing. Spa was not open, Doesnt look like it has been for months. The continental breakfast was just that minus hard boiled eggs and Bananas. (The whole chain could probably get with the times on this one. Mix in a waffle maker)

Unhappy that the pool or hot tub were in working order. We would liked to have sat on chairs in sun different times

It was disgusting, we always choose Days Inns, but this was worse than the cheap no name hotel across the street. I was not able to cancel my reservation after seeing the facility. I will not be staying in any Days Inn again after this visit. Filthy and embarrassing.

Clean room, quiet,nice staff.

Matress was curved in middle,needed new one.

One can tell how clean a hotel is by the shower curtain. Here, shower curtain was disgusting! Moldy, gross. Over-fragranced room. I shutter to think of the last time the bedspread was washed. "Breakfast" consisted of a jug of Sunny Delight, Hostess doughnuts, a couple slices of bread, gross coffee, warm cream.

Not terrible for what you pay

The bed was super comfortable, like, I fell asleep as soon as I hit it, rare for me. The owner at the front desk was friendly, gave me a good rate for a late check-in that I needed.

It wasn't exactly cheap but you know, it served its purpose.

Was a great location for an event I attended. Room was good value and decent for a one night stay. Clean with plenty of extras for the money, big mini fridge, in room coffee.

Bathroom, while clean, it has had many noticable repairs. Patched walls and such. It was clean, just not a very appealing look.

The facility allows for pets, and one very large dog barked the entire time I was there. The bathroom was extremely in need of repair and cleaning, the toilet worked, but the floor at base was filthy. The bathtub provided a showering place, but doubt anyone would attempt a bath, as it too, was very in dire need and looked very dirty. We had to ask for an iron board and iron, the iron was melted shut and prevented the ability to steam iron. The front desk was managed by a woman who was hard to understand, but very pleasant otherwise.

The cost was comparable for other locations in the area.

The rooms were in poor shape, they needed paint and repairs and same with the exterior of the hotel.

This Days Inn is priced to high. I could of book this room with Hotel/Coupon-Room Saver for $44.99 a night. That is half of what we paid of $88.99, + 15% tax. I was not happy to pay this much for a king size room/non smoking. I will think twice before using this method of booking.

I liked its nice and courteous employees.

My room was clean with 2 beds, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave were provided. The location was great and particularly good, at a medium distance from Buckhorn Shopping Center❤

The location close to everything was great and convenient. The staff was very amiable and helpful all that time.
